Cost Engineer
Key Accountabilities Area :
- Analyze Flowchart Hours (FCH)& Bill Of Materials (BOM)
- Follow up any issues related to product cost as well as product cost opportunities
- Pre audit cost model
- Cost control through WeeklyIMonthly Performance Report
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Accounting,
- with emphasis in manufacturing and financial analysis
- High analytical skill,good knowledge of manufacturing system, preferably AS400
- High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity.
Soft Goods Engineer
Key Accountability Areas :
- Responsible to develop and set standard for soft goods part in engineering area.
- Responsible to develop process automation.
- Gathering soft goods information of product to support its development process.
- Conduct Engineering pilots to ensure the supporting of schedule.
- Work together closely with production &Asia Design Development on daily basis.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (SI) majoring in Textile or Industrial Engineering, from reputable University
- GPA min 3.0
- Able to use corel, Pro E, autocad or any other drawing application program
- Good communication English and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical skill and engineering sense

Tooling Engineer
Key Accountabilities Area :
Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Requirements :
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making.
- Experience min 2 -3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Tool making, Tool Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E.
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
Senior Accountant
Key accountabilities area :
- Comprehensive Tax Report.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness for Non-staff payroll (6000 - 8000 workers).
- Submit Monthly Report and Quarterly package to HQ.
- Provide reconciliation and comply with the internal control procedure.
- Prompt response to HQ and Other Plants queries.
Requirement :
- At least 2 years working experience in Accounting Firm & 2 years in Manufacturing Company.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Taxation System.
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems preferably AS 400.
- Competencies to generate financial reports in Excel spreadsheets.
- High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity.
- Good communication skills (both oral and written in English).

Warehouse Supervisor
Key Accountability Areas :
- Ensure smooth flow of incoming, outgoing, distribution and proper handling and storing of materials to keep the material remain in good condition, well documented, and delivered to customer as required in timely manner.
- Maintain at high level of integrity, both inventory and locator accuracy, to enable planner and buyer to perform better planning and buying of material.
- Manage outgoing scrap sales and disposals properly to utilize space.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff 1 non-staff to produce best possible results and deliver expectation from customers.
- Manage the best lead-time services at reasonable costs to meet or exceed customer expectations through better locators' system and floor space utilization.
- Control Warehouse Operation expense with better staffing and head count planning, maintain and improve warehouse facilities and equipment., maintain compliance of IS0 9000, GMP, and EHS standard.
Requirement :
- University graduate from reputable university with very good remark (GPA > 3.00)
- Majoring from Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
- Technical Competence, Good knowledge of MRP, Inventory Management & Warehousing,
- Familiar with Export - Import Procedures.

Subcon Planner
Key Accountability areas:
- Development New Parts to vendor.
- Mediator plant and vendors in scheduling /delivery.
- Review schedule / delivery of all vendors.
- Source parts to vendors.
- Review loading at vendors.
Requirements:
- S1 Graduate , Local/Overseas reputable university, Engineering background.,
- IP> 3.0.Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written(English).
- Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office &AS / 400.
- Excellent on negotiation skill.
- Work under pressure.
- Previous working experience in manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Master Planner
Key Accountability Area :
- Responsible for PT. Mattel Indonesia Master Production Schedule for 4 weeks and 26 weeks
- Coordinate with all parties to have a cor~tinuity production and achieve market availability in timely manner
- Handle Direct Import inquiries from Mattel Asia Pacific
- Coordinate on Direct Import requirements, schedule and rework Jrepack activities
Requirements :
- Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering, with min GPA 3.0
- Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles
- Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning lmaterial planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates
- Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented

Mold Setter
Key Accountability Areas :
- Can operate the machine mold.
- Being able to adjust and lock the position of the clamp, slowing the mold, maintaining a low pressure of the mold (mold), issued a stroke and their placement etc.
- Can operate the machine in a secure state
- Knowing the rules of the machine functions and report maintenance problems.
- Responsible for cleaning and smearing oil on the mold during the machine working.
- Can handle that requires a special mounting axis lathe or a special circuit.
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or Technical Senior High School.
- Experience in Mold Setter
- Have initiative, fast learner to repair
Industrial Engineer

- Design work method & line tooling for production process.

Quality Engineer
Key Accountability Areas :
- Control & check testing that being performed by the technicians for all new toys in development process based on Product Specifcations , QSOPs and manufacturing ability (create method effectively)
- Develop necessary document to give clear guidelines to the QA technicians
- Communicate with CPI in Headquater on product information, specification and issues to ensure clear product requirements
- Provide specification input to Quality Engineer (QE) in order to obtain Pass/ approval from Corporate Product Integrity (CPI)
- Perform testing for all products that running on production floor through (PA) Product Audit.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (S1 ), majoring in Chemical Engineering
- Experience in product development and chemical laboratory field in manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge on technical competencies in production process maintenance equipment and safety in general
- Advance level on technical competencies in product development (e.g. Product Development Cycle, Quality Requirement).
- Specific Computer Skill Competencies, such as basic knowledge in Data Processing and Presentation.

Production Supervisor
Key Accountability Areas :
- Monitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved.
- Identify problems and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve Process/product quality.
- Coordinate with support departments (Facilities and Engineering) to ensure that process equipment and line tooling undergo regular Preventative and Line Maintenance at the appropriate times.
- Train, motivate and coach sub-ordinates sustain product aesthetics and safety requirements.
- Provide assistance, support, instruction and motivation of all subordinates
- Contribute to plan preparation, consistent with production capacity to ensure customer requirements and schedule is achieved.
- Control production labor distribution and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved and customers requirements are met on a timely basis.

Export Import Administrator
Key Accountability Areas :
- To expedite all transactions (import, subcon/local shipment and export) with proper Customs documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation.
- Work closely with shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the shipment on schedule
- Build strong communication with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world
- To control logistics cost and spending including prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics vendors
- Maintaining sales shipment and regular report for Customs office.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1),
- Majoring in Economics, Management or Information Technology from reputableuniversity Min GPA > 3.00

Accountant
Key Accountability Areas :

- MTl Costing Analysis

Requirement :
- University degree majoring in accounting
- Experience in large companies with voluminous transaction
- Very good accounting knowledge (general accounting)

Recruitment Officer
Key Accountability Area :
- Obtain and review job requirement of vacant position
- Create and place advertisements in newspaper and other various media to spread information of vacant positions.
- Lead the selection process: Sources potential applicants, conduct written test and preliminary interview for short-listed applicants in order to provide the qualified candidates.
- Arrange interview schedule with Department users to get appointed candidate.
- Arrange negotiation schedule with Compensation & Benefits Section and medical check up
- Coordinate with Training Department to provide inductionlorientation training for new hire and provide all document forms needed to ensure that it has been completed and submitted.
- Develop, implement and maintain recruitment and selection manual as well as Recruitmen procedures to ensure the recruitment system is continuously improved and kept up-to-date.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in psychology, preferable having psychologist certification or master degree in psychology

ADMINISTRATIV ASSISTANT
Key Accountabilities Area :
- Provide secretarial services to support the Director and his Managers
- Prepare and distribute Internal and External correspondence, as and when required, to ensure a timely transfer of information. Follow-up if responses are tardy to ensure that any information that is required becomes quickly available
- Prepare itineraries for office staff who are traveling Nationally or Internationally in conjunction with the Company's nominated travel agent(s) to ensure that such travels are cost-effective and meet the staffs required schedule. Ensure that travel request forms are completed correctly; duly signed by the Director and processed through the appropriate mandatory channels.
- Control, via accurate filing and registering, retain and update when superceded, the formal procedures, work instructions, organisation charts and IS0 related documentation for ease of retrieval in the event of an internal or external audit
